This initial Color Pre-Consultation is a quick way to analyze your current hair, your hair goals, and to make sure that you are scheduled for the right services.  We also like to ensure that each guest finds the right fit with a stylist that specializes in the look they are trying to achieve.

I understand that this is a general consultation intake form designed to help my stylist at Madril Hair Design choose which New Guest Service option that is best suited for me and to help my stylist best prepare for my first visit.

I understand that if I desire a more thorough explanation of the coloring process, or my stylist needs a more detailed analysis of my current hair, I will need to schedule an in-person consultation.

I understand that by submitting this form it does not guarantee that my goal hair can be achieved in one session. This will be determined in person based on the amount of time booked, density/length/health of my hair, my color history, as well as my time and monetary budget.

I understand that the initial average investment of my first appointment ranges from $100 - $400 depending on my stylist and service choice and that most new client color appointments last 2 - 4 hours.

I understand that color appointments of three (3) or more hours will require a credit card on file.

I understand that 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of any service appointment to avoid a 50% fee, and all no show/no call or less than an hour notice will result in 100% of the scheduled service/s charged to the credit card on file to make up for lost income to the salon and service provider/s.

Maintenance color appointments will depend on my current hair, goal hair, required upkeep, and are generally booked for less time with less monetary investment.
