Crystal is our fearless leader and our biggest supporter. When she started Madril Hair Design in 2001, she wanted a space where everyone felt welcomed and wowed!

Lovingly known as one of the original Boise hipsters, she is the specialist in where to dine out and get craft cocktails. Crystal can be found traveling the world or exploring Boise looking for unique places to shop, or enjoying the greenbelt with her husband, son or friends.
"As a busy salon owner, I know how precious your time is, not to mention your love of being pampered. It makes my day when someone tells me I look pretty or I’m a smart cookie. That is why I designed our salon to encourage, educate, and inspire our guests and each other every day. We do this through love, laughter, and respect."
After 25 years in the industry as a color specialist, educator, and salon owner, I stepped away from behind the chair to devote myself to leading my team to a better, happier, more successful life. That way they can be their best for you, their families, and our community.

If I'm not traveling or working, you'll find me tending to my flower gardens, checking out wineries or breweries with my husband, relaxing at home, or hosting an event for my family.
